India Florida Broadleaf Mustard has an excellent flavor that is popular in salads and is often used as a cooked green.
This mustard variety is fast-maturing and slower to bolt than other varieties.
Mustard leaves are high in vitamins A, B, and C.
INSTRUCTIONS
Sow directly in the garden as early as the soil can be worked. Plant seeds every 3 inches, covering firmly with soil. Thin plants to 9 inches apart when they have 2 or 3 leaves. As plants begin to mature, pick outer leaves for regular use until the entire plant is harvested.
