Cauliflower is used fresh in garden salads, on relish trays, or cooked as a delicious side vegetable dish. SOWING ... For early cauliflower crop, start seed indoors 6 to 8 weeks before last frost date. For later crop plant directly outdoors in late Spring or early Summer.
