Richel serves as Green Guerillas' Executive Administrative Assistant, supporting the organization's daily operations, communications, and administrative systems. She earned a degree in Business Administration and has built a career in executive support, project coordination, and organizational management, helping teams work more efficiently and effectively.

Prior to joining Green Guerillas, Richel supported nonprofit healthcare organizations, coordinating administrative operations and helping ensure pediatric patients and their families received timely care and support. She also has experience in business development, digital operations, website administration, and process improvement, bringing a strong background in managing projects and streamlining workflows.

At Green Guerillas, Richel works closely with staff to support organizational initiatives, strengthen internal systems, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly, helping the team focus on empowering community gardeners and advancing environmental justice across New York City.
