Arlyn serves as Green Guerillas' Communications Manager, leading the organization's social media, digital communications, and storytelling efforts. She develops content that highlights community gardeners, promotes programs and events, and helps connect more people to Green Guerillas' mission of environmental justice and community leadership.

Before joining Green Guerillas, Arlyn worked in marketing, social media management, and customer experience, where she developed strategies to grow online engagement, create compelling digital content, and strengthen brand presence. She also brings a strong background in community engagement and communications, combining creativity with data-driven insights to build meaningful connections with diverse audiences.
